We were approached by a repeat customer of ours to Design and Build a vehicle maintenance workshop, office and stores in Birmingham to replace an outdated facility that was to be cumpulsory purchased for HS2. We incorporated inspection pits and brake testers in the floor slab together with a lightweight internal mezzanine structure to proivide additional space.
Garage equipment such as heating and exhaust ventillation systems were part of the contract as well as the rapid install modular type of steel industrial building that we elected to use for the project. The second such facility we have now built for this customer.
