Notting Dale Village

C.C. Contracting were engaged by long term client Princebuild Limited to design and build a public realm paving scheme based upon Architect's drawings and principal layout. C.C. Contracting sourced and agreed the materials from across the world and through design development had bespoke granite and york stone units cut and shaped to the required layout.

Alongside our supply chain, we developed a permeable paving system compatible with a shallow drainage attenuation system, which was capable of withstanding heavy loads from visiting fire appliances.

We designed, detailed, procured and installed fine finished concrete plinths for public artwork/sculptures to be displayed. Work was undertaken between 2 busy office blocks and phased to ensure access was maintained at all times. All on time, on budget and to a very high standard.
